How to place an order?

If you are ready to place your order, click here. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you place your order.

However, there are a few things you absolutely need to know before you place an order with us. :)

1. Have you selected your card? 
For Ready, Tweaked or Replicated cards (you can see what they mean here) you need to let us know the product code to help us identify the card. This is not important when you need a custom made card.

2. Have you checked our schedule? {You can do that here}
Before you place an order, see our calendar for when we're available. Don't be disappointed if we are busy on the day you need the card. You can always place the order for an earlier date, again, depending on whether we  are available.

3. Customer code
If you have already placed an order with us, you will have a customer code assigned to you. Put this in your order form to avoid punching in your billing address since we would have that in our records.

If you are placing an order for the first time, don't worry about the customer code. You will receive it as soon as we receive your first order.

What happens next?


1. Once we have received an e-mail with your order we will call you to discuss the design and budget details. A summary email with the details about your order based on our discussion will follow. At this stage your order is booked.

2. If the card you ordered is a Tweaked card or a Replica
  • We send you a cost estimate within 3-4 working hours if it is a weekday, or on the first day of the week, if we have received your order over the weekend. 
  • Once you approve the cost estimate, you pay 50% of the order value in advance choosing either one of the payment methods most convenient to you. 
  • When we receive the payment, we send you a confirmation and start work.
  • When your order is ready, we courier the card to you if that's the option you have chosen, or inform you about the completion of the order so that you can pick it up.
  • An invoice with the final cost details, shipping details & consignment tracking number (if applicable), balance amount payable and due date for payment, is sent to you.
  • The balance amount is payable by you within 7 days from the date the order is shipped (if your preferred mode of delivery was courier) or on Delivery (if you chose to pick up the card.)
  • Any delay in payment over 7 days will attract a 50% penalty on the amount payable up to 15 days and 100% thereafter, and the cancellation of any discount or offers claimed on both occasions.
  • Non-Payment will result in a Customer Ban, wherein we will not accept any more orders from you until the balance due is cleared in full.

3. If the card you ordered is a Ready card
  • We send you the cost details and you make full payment choosing either one of the payment methods most convenient to you. 
  • When we receive the payment, we send you a confirmation and ship the card(s) to the shipping address provided by you.

4. If the card you ordered is a custom made card
  • We send you a tentative cost estimate (on the higher side just to be safer) within within 3-4 working hours if it is a weekday, or on the first day of the week, if we have received your order over the weekend. 
  • Once you approve the cost estimate, you pay 50% of the order value in advance choosing either one of the payment methods most convenient to you. 
  • When we receive the payment, we send you a confirmation and start work. 
  • Once we have designed the card, we send you a mock design of the card(s) for your approval if you've asked for a mock design. 
  • When that is approved, we assemble the card(s) and we courier the card to you if that's the option you have chosen, or inform you about the completion of the order so that you can pick it up.
  • An invoice with the final cost details, shipping details & consignment tracking number (if applicable), balance amount payable and due date for payment, is sent to you.
  • The balance amount is payable by you within 7 days from the date the order is shipped (if your preferred mode of delivery was courier) or on Delivery (if you chose to pick up the card.)
  • Any delay in payment over 7 days will attract a 50% penalty on the amount payable up to 15 days and 100% thereafter, and the cancellation of any discount or offers claimed on both occasions.
