How to Pay

Please note, these options are valid for advance as well as final payment. A customer may choose to pay advance by one method and the balance by another depending upon his/her convenience.

Option 1: Cheque Deposit

If you'd prefer to pay by cheque and thus avoid travelling, please let us know about your preference in the order form and we will send an e-mail with our bank details.

Option 2: Fund Transfer

If you are comfortable with Net Banking and would prefer to transfer funds directly into our account, please let us know about your preference in the order form and we will send an e-mail with our bank details and IFSC code. Please note that such transfer will be at a nominal charge as prescribed by your bank.

1. The execution of the order shall commence only on receipt of the advance amount.

2. The balance shall be paid when the customer receives an intimation that their order is ready for delivery.

In case the customer chooses to pay by cheque, the order shall be shipped/delivered only upon clearing of the cheque.
In case the customer chooses to pay by Fund Transfer, the the order shall be shipped/delivered only upon the funds being transferred into our account.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms & Conditions listed below. They are applicable on ALL orders unless specifically waived.

Effective from 1 February, 2012.

For Custom-made, Tweaked or Replicated cards.

Orders shall be accepted based on availability only. To check availability please click here.
Please ensure that you place your orders at least five days* in advance for a Quilled Card and at least two days* in advance for Non-Quilled cards. This is the minimum time required for an order and such time required for execution may be longer depending on the design.
Orders placed less than five days* in advance (or two days*, as the case may be) may be accepted on an exceptional basis depending upon availability and shall be charged a premium fee at 25% of normal order value.
Orders for four or more cards shall be considered as bulk orders. Please give at least ten days* time for execution of bulk orders. Orders for more than ten cards shall require at least one month's notice. (This may be revised to a higher period depending on the nature and design of the cards.)
An order shall be considered as placed only when all details regarding the card have been finalised and the cost estimate has been approved by the customer. {Also see How to place an order}
50% of the order value shall be paid in advance in order to commence execution. {Also see How to Pay}
Orders once placed if cancelled shall result in forfeiture of the advance amount paid.

We retain the rights to the design that was created using your inputs and reserve the right to reproduce any such created or designed by us.

Other Terms and Disclaimers.

The operating hours for e-mails and phone calls shall be between 10.00 AM and 8.00 PM on weekdays only.
The shop shall remain closed in November every year unless otherwise mentioned. However, orders for delivery in November can be executed any time before that if placed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion without having to give any reason whatsoever.
Execution of cards, especially replicated designs and tweaked designs, shall depend upon availability of materials. The customer shall be informed of any shortage in stock before the order is confirmed.
As all the products are hand made, creation of an exact replica may not be possible (especially for products with Quilled designs) and therefore, the actual design may slightly differ from the image displayed on the website.
Once the card(s) have been accepted by the customer they cannot be returned.
To ensure that the design is acceptable and to avoid returns, a mock design may be sent by the design team before assembling the final product. The customer then has the option to suggest changes or approve the design. Once the design is approved by the customer, it cannot be altered.
Infinite Emotions owns the rights to the pictures of all it's creations and requests that due credit be given to The Card Shop if any of it's creations are photographed and/or reproduced on any blogs, social media websites or anywhere else on the internet.
Where the cards have been inspired from other crafters' creations, due credit shall be given to their work.

* Number of days calculated shall be excluding weekends and public holidays.
